Mr. Tobin is an associate of the firm. He graduated from William Mitchell College of Law and is licensed to practice in Minnesota and Wisconsin. He grew up in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, and moved to Minnesota for college. Before law school, he lived in Norway. Prior to becoming an associate at Sawicki & Phelps, P.A., Mr. Tobin served as law clerk for the Honorable Robert A. Awsumb in Ramsey County District Court.

Mr. Tobin is licensed in Minnesota and Wisconsin. He practices in the areas of personal injury and criminal defense. He handles motor vehicle accidents, uninsured/underinsured motorist claims, No-Fault insurance claims, food poisoning, wrongful and accidental death, medical malpractice, workplace injuries, dog bite, slip and fall injuries, premises liability, and product liability. Mr. Tobin also handles a variety of criminal matters including DWI/DUI, felony, gross misdemeanor, and misdemeanor charges.
